These are some of the common questions we get asked.

Absolutely. Just cancel from within your client dashboard, or email us. You’ll then no longer be billed. Access to your site will continue until the end of the current billing cycle and then cease.

Yes, you can (though we’d hate to see you go). Because our platform’s framework is built on top of WordPress we can easily package it up for you so you can then get it installed and managed elsewhere. However, there are a few things to be aware of:

  • There will be a small one-time fee payable to prepare the package, £200+VAT.
  • Your subscription needs to have been running for at least 12 months. You can choose to move earlier than this, but there will be a supplemental pro-rata fee calculated in addition to the aforementioned £200+VAT.
  • Some of the plugins on your site will be using premium versions that are licensed to us. Those plugins will be delicensed and you will need to purchase those licenses if you still wish to use those plugins (we’ll let you know what plugins are affected).
