Add-Ons
Websites 4 Counsellors provides you with an excellent site right out of the box. However, you can further enhance your site with optional add-ons.
Booking Add-On (£8 per month*)
Many Therapists and Counsellors are quite happy to sort out appointment bookings with their clients either over the phone and/or via email. And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. In fact, all our standard templates are built assuming that’s the method that will be employed.
However, a much smarter way is to use our Booking Add-On. For a small monthly fee (currently only £8 per month*) you can allow your clients to book appointments with you online. You set up your working hours and when a client books they choose the date/time that suits them (they are only shown available slots). Not only that, you can also (optionally) take a card payment upfront to secure the booking (which also eliminates tyre-kickers). You can even integrate it with Zoom so it creates a Zoom link automatically.
This add-on can be purchased either at the time you purchase your website or at any time afterwards.
Policies Add-On (£8 per month*)
All website owners actually have some legal obligations. We have a great article As a Website Owner, Know Your Legal Obligations that explains what you need to be aware of.
Now, you can meet these obligations manually yourself. However, we have a Policies add-on that greatly simplifies the set up of these policies and makes keeping them up to date (including when the law changes) a breeze.
This add-on is provided through a partnership with third-party vendor Termageddon, and requires a little set-up by us to implement it (extra pages need to be added for all the policies, plus the pop-up consent banner needs configuring).
We charge a one-time setup fee of £100 to do that bit for you; thereafter it’s just the small monthly fee you are charged. Once implemented it’s very easy for you to then manage the policies yourself.

Anti-spam Add-On (£1.50 per month*)
One of the inevitable outcomes of having a website is that of getting spam (junk text, usually with dangerous links in them) via your contact form or as comments on your blog posts.
Whilst you can usually deal with these yourself manually, doing so may well get tiresome after a while.
We offer an add-on via a third-party vendor call CleanTalk. This add-on monitors and acts as a gatekeeper to all the ways submissions from the outside world can enter through your websites (via your forms, blog posts etc). It essentially blocks over 95% of suspicious attempts by bots or nefarious folks to clog your site up with spam – this will save you time and make your site safer.
This add-on can be purchased either at the time you purchase your website or at any time afterwards.
* Add-ons are monthly subscriptions charged in addition to your usual monthly site subscription, and like your site subscription, there’s no tie-in. You can cancel any of them at any time.
